When the occasion calls for something really special and unique, Hanger Steak is our go-to. For starters, it's in a class all on its own -- there is only one hanger steak on each animal, so these steaks are few and far between. The texture is similar to skirt steak, but much more tender; the marbling and flavor is like a Rib Steak with an extra dose of umami and depth.
